Converting Browsers to Buyers
Converting Browsers to Buyers
As I do a lot of work in the background, this is by application only.
2 x 1-hr deep-dive sessions, looking at customer journeys

Meet Magdalena
- Refined her copy by making it concise and more engaging
- Reordered elements to make the customer journey more effective
- Changed the layout to influence customer behaviour
"Sumantha helped me and I'm so happy with her suggestions and expertise. As she's a tutor herself, she knows what clients are looking for and hence was able to give me some amazing tips that will help me attract more clients."
Let's make your website work hard for you
You'll walk away with:
- Copywriting techniques that connect with browsers
- Ideas to create customer journeys
- A mock-up of your newly designed website
What We'll Do
Step 1: I'll do some background work
When you apply, I'll ask you to send me your website link.
I'll do an audit to make sure that I can definitely help you in two sessions.
If I can't, I'll get back to you with a suggested pathway that will work for you. If I can, I'll send you my calendar link to get booked in.
Step 2: Creating a mockup
In Session 1, I'll go through each page that needs attention, and create a visual mockup of your new design.
We'll do this together so that you know my thought process and can apply principles as your website evolves.
You can use this to implement the changes or send it to your website developer. If you don't feel confident with either, depending on the system you use, I can implement the changes for you.
My background is in Computer Science and while I don't advertise website creation as a standalone service, I have designed and developed websites for myself and clients through Thinkific, Wix and Wordpress. Although I can code, due to the time consuming nature of creating a website from scratch, this isn't a service I offer.
Step 3: Refining
Session 2 is booked once you've implemented some or all of the changes.
Once we see your newly designed live website published, or have a final mockup, it's time to polish it.
We go through it and refine the copy and decide placements of call-to-actions.
If needed, we also create new pages to enhance your customers' experience.
Optional Step 4: Automation
When I redisign websites with clients, we often uncover opportunities for automation.
Automation doesn't have to cost the earth. But it can buy you back time, give customers a better experience and boost the conversion of buyers into browsers.
If customers have a professional and smooth experience, you can charge your worth and they're more likely to recommend you to others!
If this is an opportunity that we uncover, we'll discuss the best way forward in our sessions.
Are you ready to make your website work hard for you?
