Thought Leadership
E-Myth Revisited by Michael E Gerber
A classic book that ALL business owners should read.
Gerber walks us through the different phases of a business and how to transition between them. One of my biggest takeaways from this book was to make your business 'franchise-able' as much as possible.
It's something I've implemented and has directly led to business growth and efficiency.
If you don't read anything else for your business, read this!
Blink by Malcolm Gladwell
A fascinating read for people who want to tune into their gut instinct and develop advanced communication techniques. A true game-changer.
This changed my life!
Gladwell grips you from page 1 by honing in on the power of your gut instinct. He elaborates into social experiments that demonstrate the impact language can have with communication. Just through his book, I've transformed reluctant students into keen ones, and made better business decisions.
The Coaching Habit by Michael Bungay Stanier
When we listen, how often do we really listen? This eye-opening book is ideal for educators and coaches who want to inspire particular behaviour and actions from clients.
"Say Less. Ask More & Change The Way You Lead Forever"
Although this book is marketed at leaders, it's invaluable for communication techniques that get the most out of people, makes you really listen and stop going into advice-mode.
